            軟弱圍巖全斷面隧道機械化施工優化與效益分析

            [摘要]結合鄭萬高速鐵路蘇家巖隧道,總結出一套適合軟弱圍巖全斷面隧道開挖的機械化配套及優化方案。通過現場實踐可知,提高鉆孔爆破效果和改良噴射混凝土質量能較好地提高工序效率和降低循環時間。軟弱圍巖全斷面工法開挖進尺可適當增大,4.2m進尺較為安全、經濟合理。機械開挖較人工開挖有著明顯的效率優勢,且月度進尺越高,機械化施工成本較人工開挖成本越低。

            Optimization and Benefit Analysis of Mechanized Construction of Full Section Tunnel in Weak Surrounding Rock

            Abstract: Combined with Sujiayan Tunnel of Zhengzhou Wanzhou High speed Railway, a set of mechanized supporting and optimization schemes suitable for the excavation of a full section tunnel in weak surrounding rock is summarized. It can be obtained through field practice that improving the drilling blasting effect and improving the quality of shotcrete can improve process efficiency and reduce cycle time. The full section excavation footage of weak surrounding rock can appropriately increase, and the 4.2m footage is safe and economical. Mechanical excavation has obvious efficiency advantages over manual excavation, and the higher the monthly footage, the more obvious the advantage of mechanized construction cost compared with manual excavation.
