關于建筑企業踐行新型建造方式的策略研究

［摘要］基于未來建筑業發展方向提出新型建造方式，從“Q-SEE”角度系統提出了新型建造方式的概念和內涵，從關鍵技術和應用情況深入分析建筑企業新型建造方式應用效果以及存在的問題，提出建筑企業踐行新型建造方式的建議措施，促推傳統建造方式向綠色建造、智慧建造以及工業化建造方式轉變是推動建筑業高質量發展的根本方向，也是未來中國建造的核心競爭力。

Research on the Strategy of Practicing New Construction Mode in Construction Enterprises

Abstract: Based on the future development direction of the construction industry, this paper puts forward the concept and connotation of the new construction mode systematically from the perspective of “Q-SEE”. It deeply analyzes the application effect and existing problems of the new construction mode of construction enterprises from the key technology and application, puts forward the suggestions and measures for construction enterprises to practice the new construction mode, and promotes the traditional construction mode to green construction smart construction and the transformation of industrialized construction mode are the fundamental direction to promote the high quality development of the construction industry and the core competitiveness of China's construction in the future.
